As the ward handyman Ryan was called upon to help the Bear aged Cub Scouts with their handyman advancement requirements. He explained the care and use of various tools (hammer, screwdriver, etc) then helped them build their own toolboxes. The boys got to see all the power tools in action. Ryan had hoped to have the kits cut out, the handle holes drill pressed, and the screw holes pre-drilled but due to a time crunch ended up doing a big part of the work just one step ahead of them. It was a pretty successful activity and Ryan has already been asked to do it again next summer.

Ryan and the 4 Bears
