Before we took off for the lake for Independence Day weekend my mom and I took Caden to Colonial Days in Provo. Its a fair of sorts that honors the founding fathers. They had live entertainment, a museum of documents from the time period, volunteers in colonial dress, colonial games for the kids, colonial era food, and quite a bit more. Here Caden is playing with the wheel on the replica of the Mayflower. We heard a cool story about how the Indians used to eat crickets and the story teller offered us a sample of dried cricket. We declined, but the few brave kids who accepted said they tasted like cheetos. I'm not sure if thats good for the crickets or bad for cheetos.
