Caden's Perch

Caden has always been fascinated with the outdoors. Before he goes down for a nap or bedtime we look out the window for a few seconds, then close the blinds and say goodbye to the outside world. A few months ago he discovered he could almost look out the window on his own if he stood on his tiptoes. I thought it was so cute I found a book for him to stand on. Now I have to keep the blinds partway pulled up so he can see out whenever he wants. I can often find him on his little perch, watching the outside world. (It was really hard to get a good picture, between the glare and Caden wanting to run to me every time he saw the camera)
