On Becoming Domestic


With restriction on milk, eggs, and wheat, eating bread has become a luxury. I'm trying to switch to oat flour instead of wheat flour but with mixed results. After many failures I believe I've finally found a recipe that tastes good, now I just need to get it to rise. I have been successful in making oat flour pancakes, and last Thursday night we made oat flour pizza dough. I was so proud of my creations we took a picture!
