Jack and Jill
Went up the hill
To fetch a pail of water.
Jack fell down
And broke his crown
And Jill came tumbling after.
Kiddo is wanting to explore everything right now! He tries to pull up on just about everything, which means he ends up falling quite a bit as well. He'll be half way or all of the way standing up, then plop down on to his bum or back. Most of the time I'll say "You tumbled!" with a happy intonation, so he just gets back up and keeps moving. Thinking of tumbling made me think of this rhyme. I love watching our baby learn new things!
