Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:
1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
to taste salt

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. This mixture will be loose, and will not form traditional patties. Take a large spoon and drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled, hot griddle. Flatten with a spatula.Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side.Serve with baked herbed potatoes or rice noodles.

Review:
We both liked this. We ate them plain rather than on buns, which worked because they didn't need any condiments. They were moist and the pumpkin added just the right amount of sweetness. They stored and reheated well.
