Road Rash

Last night Kyle became our first child to get major road rash.  Its a bit of a miracle we've made it this long, actually.  Two of the driveways in our cul de sac have an incline, and the kids love to ride their bikes down the 'hills.'  Kyle got brave and decided he would try the steeper of the two hills.  All went well until he got to the bottom and instead of going straight out into the street he turned sharply in an attempt to follow the sidewalk.  The resulting skid across the cement brought an end to the fun for the night.  The happy kid doesn't seem too bothered by it, though.
