Tonight was the annual summer party sponsored by Ryan's office. It wasn't one of the better ones they've put together, but it at least ended well. They had hired Polynisian dancers who performed for over an hour. Part of the show included audience participation and cute Eric went up on the stage to learn the hula. He couldn't see the lady doing the teaching, so he simply decided to turn around and watch the people behind him so he'd know what to do (he is in the white shirt and khaki pants in the center of the picture). Kyle wandered around the grassy area bopping up and down to the beat of the music, and the only time we had all three boys sitting still was during the fire knife dance at the end. The performers were very skilled and I'm thankful to NBS for organizing a summer party that had a little cultural exposure. Look how pleased with himself Eric is as he comes running back to us!
